Here you will find the answers to frequently asked questions. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.

Can I take my bag or rucksack into the Volkswagen Hall?

It is not permitted to bring larger bags or rucksacks (larger than A4 format) to public events in the Volkswagen Hall. In order to minimise the amount of checks during the admission phase at events, we ask you to refrain from bringing larger bags or rucksacks. If you do bring larger bags, they will be checked and labelled with an "I am checked" ribbon. Storage facilities for large bags are available to a limited extent on the forecourt of the Volkswagen Halle for a fee. It is easiest if you limit yourself to carrying only the most necessary items (wallets, bunch of keys etc.)! Of course, it is permitted to carry necessary medical equipment / medical material larger than DIN A4 format. Our security service has been sensitised to this issue. It is best if the person concerned speaks directly to our security service during the admission phase!

Are children aged 14 allowed to attend concerts or sporting events unaccompanied by an adult?
