We have the capacity for large-scale events: With space for up to 8,000 visitors, the arena on the outskirts of the Braunschweig Bürgerpark is the largest roofed event location in the Lion City.

Whether sports events or international show acts, parties, galas, complex TV productions or live broadcasts: The arena with its multifunctional hall technology fulfils the special requirements profile of a modern multi-purpose hall in every respect. The spectator seating forms an oval around the centre of the hall in the 35-metre-wide and 65-metre-long arena and offers the best viewing possibilities from every perspective.

As an unusual event location, the Volkswagen Halle naturally offers a great deal of space and flexibility for customized business events. The business area with the business foyer, the restaurant and the Fürst lounge is ideal for congresses, receptions and company presentations. In addition to space for around 1200 guests, the business section also offers five loges and one large-scale loge.

Situated at Europaplatz, the arena is easily accessible with public transport. For almost every major event, the car park in the “Harz+Heide” exhibition grounds is available with a free shuttle service.
